How quickly we reply

We aim to reply within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, New Zealand time). We're on the other side of the world from the UK, so if you write from there, our reply might arrive while you're asleep.

When you write to us

Please include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If something arrived damaged or wrong, add a photo.

We'll never ask for your card details or passwords by email. Please don't send them.

Growmind is online only, so please don't post anything to us unless we've asked you to.
