Digital guides and printables

• Delivery is instant. We email your download link straight after checkout. There's no shipping fee.
• Can't see the email? Check your spam, junk and promotions folders (search for "Growmind"). Adding hello@growmind.store to your contacts helps future emails arrive.
• Still nothing? Check you typed your email address correctly at checkout, then contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
• Save the PDF to your phone or computer so you always have a copy. You can read it on any phone, tablet or computer, and print the pages you want.

Physical add-ons

Feelings Monster Cards, Daily Affirmation Cards and the Guided Gratitude Journal are sent directly from our supplier.

• Shipping is free, with tracking, to New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
• Items usually arrive 2 to 4 weeks after you order. That's an estimate, not a guarantee. Couriers and customs can cause delays.
• We'll email you tracking details once your item has shipped.
• Physical items ship separately from digital ones. Any guides in the same order are still delivered instantly by email. If you order more than one physical item, they may arrive in separate parcels.
• Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll try to fix it before your order ships.

If something goes wrong

• Not arrived: check your tracking first. If your item hasn't arrived 4 weeks after you ordered, or tracking says delivered and you can't find it, email us with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier and our supplier. If it can't be found, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
• Damaged, faulty or wrong item: email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund policy.
