Refund policy

Guides and printables (digital downloads)

Our guides and printables are instant downloads, so once you have the file we can't take it back. That means we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Not sure a guide is right for you? Every guide has a free sample booklet on its product page, so you can have a look first.

If something goes wrong, we'll put it right. If a guide won't download, won't open or isn't as described, email us with your order number and we'll send a working copy, fix the problem or refund you.

UK customers: you normally have 14 days to cancel an online order. For digital downloads, that right ends once your download starts, as long as you've agreed to that before buying.

Physical items (Feelings Monster Cards, Daily Affirmation Cards, Guided Gratitude Journal)

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, wrong or not as described, email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you. We'll tell you if we need it sent back.

If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of the item arriving and return it for a refund of the item price. UK law gives UK customers this right. We give the same 14 days to customers in New Zealand and Australia.

  • Contact us before you post anything, so we can give you the right return address.
  • Send the item back unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling.
  • Return postage is yours to pay, unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.
  • We'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of getting the item back. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Your legal rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under consumer law. It doesn't take any of them away.

  • New Zealand: if a product has a problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
  • Australia: our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • United Kingdom: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods and digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they aren't, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Your right to cancel physical goods bought online comes from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
