About us
Growmind (growmind.store) is a small online business based in New Zealand. When you use our website or buy from us, you agree to these terms. "We" and "us" mean Growmind.
What we sell
We sell digital guides and printables that you download as PDFs, and a few physical items (cards and a journal) sent by our supplier. We also offer free downloads, such as sample booklets and our "5 Signs You're a Better Parent Than You Think" guide.
Your licence to use our guides
When you buy or download from us, you get a personal licence to use your copy. In plain words:
- You can read it on your own devices, keep backup copies, and print it for yourself and your household.
- You can quote a short extract if you credit Growmind.
- You can't sell, copy, share or post the files, including on social media, in group chats or in cloud folders other people can open. If a friend would like a guide, please send her to our website.
- You can't use our guides in paid or professional work, such as a course, class, group or coaching practice, without asking us first.
Everything in our guides (the words, design and images) belongs to Growmind. You're buying a licence to use your copy, not the copyright. The same terms apply to our free downloads.
Not professional advice
Our guides are general information about parenting, based on published research and written in plain words. They are not medical, psychological or legal advice, and every child and family is different. If you're worried about your child's health or development, or about how you're coping yourself, please talk to a doctor or another qualified professional.
Prices and payment
Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). The total is shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank or card provider may convert the price to your own currency and may charge a fee. We don't control that. If we spot a pricing mistake, we'll tell you, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery and refunds

Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the Australian Consumer Law and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any right that can't be excluded by law. If anything here conflicts with those rights, your rights come first.
Reviews and messages you send us
If you send us a review or testimonial, we'll only show it with your OK, and only with the name and location you say we can use. Reviews from people who received a free copy are labelled "received a free copy". We don't write reviews ourselves.
Privacy and emails
See our Privacy policy (https://growmind.store/policies/privacy-policy) for how we look after your information. We only send marketing emails if you've signed up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You'll still get emails about your orders.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If you live in Australia or the UK, you still keep the mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
